I like firm bed and the bed is firm enough. It would be better if the pillow is firm as well. The room is clean. Staff is nice. It is close to Namba station and Kuromon. lots of restanurant nearby.

The hotel is located strategically near major train stations (Osaka-Namba, Namba, Nippombashi) so it was a short walk to wherever we want to go, like Dotonbori and the malls. The rooms are IMMACULATE. I LOVED that the beds are king sized so there's enough room for us. We met and made friends with one of the staff, Jeremy, who was a great help addressing our concerns.

Right across to Kuromon market and not far to walk to Dotonbori. Quite close to Station too if you know the right Exit

location is superb! it's near Kuromon market, Dotonbori, Donki, combini, restaurants and subway.

Amenities were sufficient. Guests got to grab everything they need from the amenity corner at the lobby. Close to namba station. Kuromon market right next to hotel

Friendly staff and clean rooms plus free coffee at the lobby :) the indonesian gentleman at rwvwptionist was accomodating and nice and helped with a lot of translations

Modern hotel with stylish design. Good Western-style breakfast. Would recommend!

It’s close to tourist attractions ( Kuromon market, dotonburi, shinsaibadhi) and convenience stores. The room is clean. Staff is good services.

Great location for exploring Osaka. Super friendly staff who helped us retrieve lost shoes… Breakfast buffet was well stocked and the beds were comfy
